We're all travelers through this earth experience we call life. As we journey though our experiences, it's important to remember who we really are: Powerful, spiritual beings of light. I'm glad your journey has brought you here.

Cooking Two Cookbooks

I've got two cookbooks simmering in my mind and on paper. But first... what's the difference between chile and chili, besides the spelling? Chile is the hot pepper and chili is what you make with
hot peppers that usually includes meat and beans, though in some parts of the country, beans are a big no-no. Which brings us to two cookbooks that I'm working on, one with chile and one about chili.

Hatch Chile Cookbook offers 300 recipes for freshly-roasted Hatch green chiles, as well as
a history of Hatch and fun chile facts. These are the best chiles in the world! When you
eat them, you feel like you're in heaven. For recipes, and more information about these delicious hot and spicy chiles, visit my Hatch Chile Heaven blog.

Chili: A Bowl of Red is filled with 300 bold and bodacious chili recipes--some with and some without beans--from the chili capital of the world... San Antonio, Texas. It also offers the colorful history and lore of chili, from Texas cowboys to the first chili cook-off in Terlingua, a probably-true San Antonio chili cook-off story, the legendary Chili Queens, and much, much more!

Tomorrow, since we've been focusing on food for the past several days, let's return to a magical path to see how magical we all are.
