Life is Just a Dream

Are you dreaming or are you awake? It's been said that all of life is just a dream...

Dreams are a bridge between
your conscious and subconscious awareness. They're so much more than meaningless mind meanderings. They offer you a way into your mind and your inner awareness.

Inside your dreams, you have access to everything you've always wanted to know and more. Your dreams help you in every avenue of your life and you can do anything you want to do with your dreams.

Life is Just a Dream offers you your own personal dream journal
as it opens many dream doorways. It's a guide into and through the realms, realities, riches, and resources of your subconscious mind and your dreaming self.

It explores the concept that life is more than just a dream; perhaps we're really awake when we think we're asleep--or maybe we dream our dreams into what we experience to be our reality.

In addition to showing you all the items to keep in your dream journal and offering a dream dictionary from A to Z-z-z-z, this book shows you how to clearly remember all your dreams; decipher and interpret your dreams; plan and program your dreams; give yourself pre-sleep suggestions to influence your dreams; and understand your dream symbology.

Life is Just a Dream covers more than dreams. It gives you a look into astral projection and includes explanations of lucid dreaming, daydreaming, wakeful dreaming, and dream weaving. It invites you into a magnificent night-time panorama of pictures played on the screen of your subconscious mind and offers you the opportunity to experience conscious excursions into your dreams as it bridges the span between wakefulness and sleeping, and brings them together.

So... are you dreaming or are you awake? Tomorrow, we'll venture further into the land of dreams and visit Morpheus, the Greek god
of dreams.
