Yesterday I mentioned we'd be traveling further into the land of dreams and meeting Morpheus, the Greek god of dreams. We're not actually meeting Morpheus today... we're exploring what Morpheus represents. He brings shape and form to dreams, and has the ability to interact with us in the dream world and to change our dreams.
Since I'm a writer, I love playing with words and seeing what they mean. To me, Morpheus means to morph... to change from one
form to another, just as our dreams have the ability to change in form--from what we may perceive to be just a dream--into a real- life experience.
I named one of my imprints Morpheus Books, because of what Morpheus represents and what the books we publish represent. Morpheus offers us the ability to transform (morph) ourselves through what we dream about. We offer books that help us
"morph" ourselves into who we want to be and thus, enable
us to achieve whatever we desire.
Our books help us dream our life the way we want it to be...
whether we subconsciously dream our life at night when we're
sleeping or we consciously create the life we want to live when
we're awake. We publish books on the law of attraction, positive mind power, meditation, creating your own reality, prosperity consciousness, reincarnation, and healing, as well as visionary
fiction and a few children's books.
Tomorrow, we'll be visiting Mystical Mindscapes, the parent publishing company of my imprints, and discover how it was
created from a rainbow.
